Guidance Notes:

1. "Primary School Profiles (PSP) 2026" has been launched on 1 September. Schools could login the e-form and update the school information where necessary. Please note that once this version of PSP website is launched, all updates will be published for the general public with relevant up-to-date School Profile PDF file.
2. All information in the PSP 2026 is provided and verified by schools according to their situation in May 2026.
3. CHSC will upload the information of the online version of PSP 2026 in machine-readable format to Open Data Portal (DATA.GOV.HK) and Common Spatial Data Infrastructure in September and October 2026 respectively for public reference
4. All fields should be filled in.
5. If a school head takes up the post of school head in both the AM and PM sessions with individual P1 classes separately, please fill in two e-forms.
6. Points to note for filling information in the School Mission, School Characteristics and Life-wide Learning columns:
   • Schools can adjust the number of words in different fields. The maximum number of lines on each printing page is 62.
   • Schools should not distribute or publicise information related to allocation bands of students.
7. Points to note for uploading school photos:
   • Please upload one photo of the school logo, one photo of the school building and two photos of students' school life.
   • All photos should be in JPEG (*.jpg) format. The size limit for each photo is 1MB.
   • All photos would be shown in the online version only.
